California Governor Jerry Brown recently lashed out against President Trump, saying that he was “not impressed” with his stance on sanctuary laws while claiming that he was “lying on immigration.”
🤥 @realDonaldTrump is lying on immigration, lying about crime and lying about the laws of CA. Flying in a dozen Republican politicians to flatter him and praise his reckless policies changes nothing. We, the citizens of the fifth largest economy in the world, are not impressed.

The Democratic leader’s outrage followed after Trump held a roundtable discussion with California Republican lawmakers where he applauded them for holding a “rebellion” against the state’s sanctuary policies.
“Each of you has bravely resisted California’s deadly and unconstitutional sanctuary state laws,” Trump said at the White House. “You’ve gone through a lot, too, although it’s become quite popular what you do.”
Brown tore into the president’s over the meeting saying “flying in a dozen Republican politicians to flatter him and praise his reckless policies changes nothing.”
Back in April, Brown reluctantly deployed “up to 400” members of the National Guard “to combat” criminal activity within the state and at the U.S.-Mexico border.
The governor insisted that “the California National Guard will not enforce immigration laws or participate in the construction of any new border barrier.”
In March, Trump declared that he stood in “solidarity” with those pushing back against the state’s sanctuary policies suggesting that the laws “release known dangerous criminals into communities across the state.”
NBC News anchor Andrea Mitchell praised Brown for stand up to Trump:

Donald Trump Jr. quickly came to his father’s defense:
He was specifically talking about MS-13, and you know it. They are animals. I know you would rather side with them than Trump as you so often make clear but it’s a bad look for you Andrea. https://t.co/Mgoj1celNv

And almost immediately found himself under attack:
That doesn’t make it okay. Also, why does he want to warehouse migrant children like livestock on military bases? He must think of them as animals too.

Even animals have more empathy, compassion and brains than your family of parasites . For a President to refer to any group of people as animals shows just how unfit and low rent he really is .
