If there is one thing that President Trump knows how to do, it is spark a social media firestorm, a point he proved this Tuesday after tweeting about the success of the recent rescue mission in Thailand.
“On behalf of the United States, congratulations to the Thai Navy SEALs and all on the successful rescue of the 12 boys and their coach from the treacherous cave in Thailand. Such a beautiful moment – all freed, great job!” Trump tweeted.

Spurning instant backlash from his fellow Americans who were quick to point out the hypocrisy of his tweet:
Maybe the Thailand Navy Seals can come to the U.S. and rescue the children forced into Dictator Trump's detention camps! #TuesdaysThoughts #Immigrantchildren #Resist #TheResistance #reunitethefamilies #famliesbelongtogether #Trumpsdetentioncamps #FBRparty

An intensely stressful rescue mission which had been unfolding for weeks in a Thai cave has now successfully saved all 12 boys and their soccer coach who were stuck deep within the flooded underground, officially ending the horrifying ordeal which claimed the life of an experienced volunteer diver.
Thailand’s Navy SEALs, who were the primary force behind the rescue effort, announced on their Facebook page that the remaining four boys and their 25-year-old coach had all been brought to safety Tuesday morning. Eight of the boys were successfully extracted by a team of Thai and international divers on Sunday and Monday.
“We are not sure if this is a miracle, a science, or what. All the thirteen Wild Boars are now out of the cave,” the SEALs said, referring to the name of the boys’ soccer team. “Everyone is safe.”
The leader of the harrowing cave rescue has also revealed that the medic and three SEALs who remained with the boys for comfort are now out of the cave as well.
Cheers exploded at a local government office where volunteers and journalists were awaiting news of whether the intricate and high-risk rescue mission had been a success.
